By making a payment of $250,000, one can obtain a passport allowing them to live in a country where the income tax rate is ZERO. As you can imagine, Robert was incredibly interested in discovering this popular "tax haven." Unfortunately, it was due to economic interests rather than an abundance of income ;-). Basseterre's city center is just a few hundred meters away from the port. The town itself makes a good impression. It is peaceful and quiet, and the local residents are not intrusive.
