Na narty z Maluszkiem - hotel czy kwatera? (Skiing with a Little One - Hotel or Apartment?)

Contemplating the choice of accommodation, aside from the classic aspects related to ski infrastructure, we had slightly different perceptions. On one hand, a private apartment provides more freedom, the possibility of preparing meals independently, and usually more space. On the other hand, a hotel offers primarily the opportunity to interact with other guests and access amenities such as a pool, kids club, and, for the lazy ones, relief from cleaning and cooking. Taking into account all the pros and cons in the context of our daughter's expectations, we opted for a hotel. Two-year-old Pia is definitely too young (in terms of age and height, she easily qualifies) for her first skiing experiences, but she possesses immense energy resources that need to be discharged in a controlled manner. Monte Bondone - pierwsze wrażania (Monte Bondone - first impression)

Traveling from Verona to Trento, it was hard to believe that there was still snow somewhere in the vicinity. Of course, you could see the snow-capped peaks from the road, but the white powder seemed inaccessible to lovers of "white madness." The assessment of the situation began to change dramatically as we covered more kilometers along the winding road leading to Monte Bondone. When we arrived at our hotel located in the village of Vason at an altitude of 1650 meters above sea level, the thermometer no longer showed +13 degrees Celsius, but -10 degrees Celsius, and the entire settlement was covered with over a meter of snow. The air was freezing but at the same time impeccably clean. Ah, I love the mountains in winter, especially the early March period when I constantly suffer from some unbearable allergy in Poland! After a rather challenging journey, we finally reached the hotel, which once again pleasantly surprised us. Not that I saw everything through rose-colored glass...
