Pożegnanie "Farewell"

Smutek i tęsknota. Życie dostarcza różny lekcji. Niestety czasami lekcje życia są bardzo trudne. Wakacje 2023 pozostaną w naszej pamięci jako czas pożegnania Ewy - Babci oraz Heleny - Prababci Pii. Strata była nagła i nieoczekiwana. Pomimo, iż nie są już wśród nas, pozostaną na zawsze w naszych sercach.

Sorrow and longing. Life provides various lessons. Unfortunately, sometimes life's lessons are very tough. The summer of 2023 will remain in our memory as a time of saying goodbye to Ewa - Grandma, and Helena - Great-Grandma Pia. The loss was sudden and unexpected. Even though they are no longer with us, they will forever remain in our hearts.

Today I wanted to tell you a bit about our everyday life in Dubai. It's a city full of contrasts and unique experiences, where we have been living for several years. We usually start our day with physical activities. Dubai is known for its beautiful luxury beaches, which are a great place to relax and unwind, as well as sports clubs and excellent infrastructure. Pia loves spending time at the beach, playing in the water and building sandcastles. We often meet up with friends who also live in Dubai at the beach. After the beach, it's time for learning. Pia goes to an international school where she learns many different subjects in English. We also have the opportunity to meet children from different cultures and countries there, which is incredibly interesting and inspiring. After school, we often have time for various activities. Pia na Goa - słonie i plaża (Pia in Goa - beach and elephant)

The next day we arrived in Goa. Robert organized a decent bus, and we set off together on a long journey to the "elephant camp." It was nearly a two-hour journey, but it was definitely worth it. Pia approached the walk on the back of a friendly elephant with some reservation. It was quite a challenging experience for me because I had to hold onto the saddle with one hand and secure our little one with the other, who decided to get off the animal towards the end of the walk. However, the bath in the streams of water from the elephant trunk went much better. Pia was the first to change into her swimsuit and was immediately ready for a bath with "tratata" (elephant in Pia's language). The fun was fantastic. Pia enjoyed the bath together with Robert, Wiesia, and Kaja... and of course, she constantly wanted to be splashed with very cold water.
