Pia - kolejna wizyta w Charkowie (Pia again in Kharkiv)

I am slowly coming to the conclusion that Kharkiv is our favorite European destination.

Unfortunately, the potential and charm of this place seem to be mainly discovered by students from India, Morocco, Gambia, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, and other former Soviet republics. It's a shame that Polish is rarely heard. Robert (my husband) and his colleagues are trying to strengthen relations between our countries... We sincerely support them in this.

This time, our most interesting discovery was the fantastic creative-gastronomic restaurant Plasticine Vorona. It is a restaurant full of mysterious nooks and crannies where, in addition to the satisfaction of taste sensations, we can also develop our artistic skills by creating works of art with plasticine. The finished "masterpieces" are attached to the walls or ceilings, creating an original decor for this extraordinary place. An important asset of the restaurant is also the excellent Ukrainian cuisine and delicious liqueurs. Entry to the restaurant is only possible after giving the password. However, do not worry if you have trouble guessing the riddle, the guard will help you find the right phrase.

The second interesting attraction turned out to be the cable car in Gorky Park. This means of transportation, dating back to the times of deep communism, was "refreshed" a few years ago, but it was such a minor touch-up that it did not overshadow the outstanding technical achievements of the Soviet Union. For the first time, we had to jump onto the cable car and jump off at the finish line. If you don't have the reflexes, the staff will push you, pull you out, or even throw in a child. The cabins are for two people and have a capacity of 150kg. Truly unique experiences...

Surprisingly, our little one also showed a great interest in the Ukrainian army's military equipment. Together with her peers, Pia admired various tanks, self-propelled guns, and medical equipment. However, we were overwhelmed by the knowledge that they bring death and suffering...

With each visit to Kharkiv, new attractions are revealed to us, while at the same time allowing us to see Ukraine's enormous potential.

Powoli dochodzę do wniosku, że Charków jest naszą ulubioną, europejską destynacją.

Niestety potencjał i urok tego miejsca wydają się odkrywać głównie studenci z Indii, Maroka, Gambii, Turcji, Azerbejdżanu, Kazachstanu, Turkenistanu i innych były republik ZSRR. Bardzo szkoda, że rzadko można usłyszeć język polski. Robert (mój Mąż) wraz ze swoimi wspópracownikami starają się wzmacniać relacje pomiędzy naszymi krajami... Szczerze im z Pią kibicujemy.

Tym razem naszym najciekawszym odkryciem okazał się faktastyczny lokal kreatywno-gastronomiczny Plasticine Vorona. Jest to pełna tajemniczych zakamarków restauracja, w ktorej oprócz satysfakcji płynącej z doznań smakowych możemy rozwijać również ztolności plastyczne tworząc prace z plasteliny. Gotowe "dzieła" przylepia się do ścian lub sufitów tworząc orginalny wystrój tego niezwykłego miejsca. Istotnym atutem restauracji jest również doskonała ukraińska, kuchnia i pyszne nalewki. Wejście do lokalu możliwe jest dopiero po podaniu hasła. Nie martwcie się jednak, jeżeli będzieicie mieli problem z odgadnięciem zagatki, strażnik pomoże odnaleźć właściwą frazę.

Drugą interesującą atrakcją okazała się kolejka linowa w parku Gorkiego. Ten pochodzący z czasów głębokiego komunizmy środek transport został prze kilku laty "odświeżony", nie mniej jednak był to na tyle niznaczny retusz, że nie przysłonił wybitnej myśli technicznych Związku Radzieckiego. Pierwszy raz zdarzyło nam się jechać kolejką do której trzeba wskakiwać a na finiszu wyskakiwać. Jeżeli nie macie refleksu pracownik obsługi skutecznie was "wepchnie", "wyciągnie" lub ewentualnie dorzuci dziecko. Wagoniki są dwuosobowe i mają nośność 150kg. Naprawdę unikalne doznania...

Odziwo nasze Maleństwo wykazało się również dużym zaiteresowaniem sprzętem wojskowym ukraińskiej armii. Wspólnie z rówieśnikami Pia podziwiała różnego rodzaju czołgi, działa samobierzne oraz sprzęt medyczny. Nas jednak przytłaczała świadomość, że niosą one śmierć i cierpienie...

Z każdą koleją wizytą Charków odsłania przed nami nowe atrakcje a jednocześnie pozwala dostrzec ogromny potencjał Ukrainy.
